Ingredients for dough
All purpose flour - 2 cups
Yeast - 1 teaspoon
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Oil - 1 table spoon
Ingredients for pizza sauce
Tomato - 4 (400 gm)
Tomato sauce - 1 tablespoon
Onion - 1 (50 gm)
Garlic - 4 to 5 cloves
Oregano - 1/2 teaspoon
Basil - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chilly powder or paprika - 1 teaspoon
Chilly flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Ingredients for pizza topping
Onion - 25 gm
Tomato - 25 gm
Mushroom - 1/2 cup
Capsicum - 1/3 cup
Italian herbs - 2 pinch
pepper - 2 pinch
Gratted mozzarella cheese
Preparation of pizza dough
In luke warm water, sprinkle the yeast over the water, let it sit for 10 minutes.
After the yeast begins to foam.
Mix the ingredients together (All purpose flour, oil, yeast, salt and sugar).

Knead the dough with palm for 10 to 15 minutes, Make a soft dough. The dough should be little bit sticky.
Rub the oil inside the bowl. Place the dough inside the bowl. coat the oil to the dough.
Leave for fermentation.
For quick fermentation - keep it 2 hours in warm place.
For slow fermentation - keep it in refrigerator for 24 hours. This gives mush flavor to it.
Cover the dough.

Preparation of pizza sauce
Boil the tomatoes for 5 minutes. peel the skin (optional).

Add basil and oregano. saute for few minutes. Heat a pan add oil, Then add chopped garlic and onion saute for few minutes.

Add boiled tomatoes saute it, Then add chilli powder, mix it well, leave for 5 to 7 minutes. Then add tomato ketchup.

Finally grind it into fine paste.

Preparation of pizza
Make two balls. Spread one of the balls into the pizza pan.
Then poke holes onto it with fork. Apply pizza sauce equally.

Then add topping, Onion, mushroom, Tomatoes, Capsicum Spread cheese and Sprinkle some Italian herbs.

You can add any kind of topping
Preheat 450 F Bake for 15 minutes.
