Hot and tangy Korean fried chicken.
Ingredients
Chicken - 500 gm
Red chilly paste - 6 nos
Tomato sauce - 1/4 cup
Garlic - 5
Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Corn flour - 1/4 cup
Rice flour - 1/4 cup
oil for fry
3 tablespoon oil for sauce
salt to taste

Preparation
Marinate the chicken with Milk , pepper, ginger garlic paste,turmeric and salt. Keep it for 2 hours.

Take corn flour and rice flour mixed in plate, Then coat the chicken with these flours thoroughly.
Heat oil, fry the chicken for 10 minutes until chicken lightly, crisped and golden. Let it rest.
We have to do double fry. Fry it again until skin get crunchy and crisp.
To make sauce
Heat a sauce pan in low - medium flame, add oil, add garlic, roast it until garlic turns slightly golden color.

Then add red chilly paste saute it till it aroma comes out.
Add soy sauce, chilly sauce, salt and lemon juice or vinegar. Add 1/4 cup of water. Stir it till sauce gets slightly thicker and bubble. Finally add sugar or honey.
Add all fried chicken, toss it with sauce. finally garnish with white sesame seeds.
